Our story
We love all kinds of exercise. And we’ve tried it all. But when we dabbled in dynamic Reformer Pilates, we saw immediate changes in our bodies and strength. It wasn’t only challenging; it was sustainable too. The low-impact, full-body workouts complemented our exercise regimes with dumbbells and props. Plus, it was really, really fun.
Laura fell in love with the feeling of getting fitter and feeling stronger, and Pilates quickly became a daily ritual while she was living and working in Melbourne as a Dietitian. Soon after, she began training to become a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor and jumped at the chance to work as an instructor at a Melbourne studio, aligning her two passions – Pilates and teaching.
