You have an existing reformer pilates certification.
You are energetic, warm, and a team player.
You’re passionate about reformer pilates and want to deliver high-energy classes.
You genuinely enjoy engaging with clients and building meaningful relationships.

Your first step: Athletic Reformer Academy certification
To ensure every trainer is set up for success, all prospective instructors must complete the Mastering Reformer Pilates Class Plans: Athletic Reformer Academy Certification.
This certification is a prerequisite to becoming an Athletic Reformer trainer but is also open to the public. Designed for pilates professionals, it’s perfect for anyone looking to refine their skills and deliver exceptional Athletic Reformer-style classes.
Athletic Reformer pilates is an AUSactive provider, and this course is CEC certified (pending final approval). We’ll provide updates as soon as the credits are confirmed.
About the certification
Delivery: Online, self-paced modules with face-to-face shadow hours and in-person assessment and feedback sessions.
Ongoing access: 12 months of access to online training materials, including an extensive exercise library.
CEC credits: AUSactive CEC credits TBD (pending final approvals).

The certification is yours to keep and use, with 12 months of access to training materials and the exercise library.
How long do I have to pass the 100-class assessment?
Most trainers complete this within six months of joining. We’ll provide support throughout your journey to ensure success.
Can I take the course if I’m not planning to join Athletic Reformer?
Absolutely! The course is open to all pilates professionals looking to enhance their skills and learn the Athletic Reformer style.
